Archival record sleeves (or jackets) protect your valuable vinyl records from acid, scratches, mould, dust and light. Archival quality record sleeves are made of heavy weight 135gsm acid free Perma/Dur museum specification stock (unlike cheaper alternatives). Significantly more durable than most of the original paper sleeves. Original inner sleeves are likely to be a source of acid which will speed up the degradation of vinyl and should be replaced when storing records.
- Minimal static (unlike plastic alternatives) to stop the attraction of dust
- White colour allows you to easily see dust and dirt deposits that could damage record surface
- Acid-free and lignin-free, olde white, 135gsm museum specification Perma/Dur® heavyweight paper
- Each is buffered with 3% calcium carbonate to absorb migrant acids for long term protection
- The extra smooth surface minimises abrasion of recordings
Storage sleeves feature a circular cut-out to view record label.
For 7″, 10″, 12″ records
