Capillary matting is used in humidification and cleaning of papers, parchment and more. Can be used as a support when spraying, flattening, drying or when leafcasting.
The capillary matting provides a uniform method of humidification. Often used as a reservoir in combination with Sympatex membrane(see ‘Recommended’ items below) to reduce the risk of liquid penetration.
- 100% polyester non-woven composition
- Nominal weight of 360gsm
- Nominal thickness 3.5mm thick
- Capable of holding 4.5 litres of liquid per m²
